— The Property

Built from Lebanese stone. Designed around the view.

Via Lattea is a guesthouse that started with the land — a steep hillside above Thoum, with a natural terrace looking out over the bay. The building came after: hand-cut limestone blocks, terracotta roof tiles, arched doorways with heavy wooden doors. Six rooms, each named for a planet. Three of them have a private pool on the terrace.

Batroun is three minutes by car. The beach is five minutes on foot. This is not a resort — there's no lobby, no concierge, no restaurant. What there is: the pool, the view, the quiet, and the sound of the sea.

— Private Pools

Your pool.
Your hours.

Three of the six rooms have a private pool on the terrace — yours alone for the duration of your stay. No schedule, no lifeguard hours, no shared space. The pools at Mercurio and Marte face the sea directly. At night, the water glows and the lights of the coast spread out below.

Limestone walls. Wooden doors. Wrought iron balconies.

The building follows a traditional Lebanese mountain-house style — stone-faced exterior, terracotta tile, arched entries. The rooms inside are contemporary: clean walls, linen curtains, large windows that keep the view from wall to wall.
